Makes no sense that OVO want to put my direct debit up as they “forecast” that my useage will be more. I now have a combi boiler so I won’t be using electric anymore .MindBoggles

Lynne Webster Hi Lynne, that's great to hear! If your usage will now be less, then your meter readings should reflect this and after a month or two of these, your predicted usage should decrease - meaning your recommended Direct Debit will, too. I've replied to your DM. ^Garry
