“That's... not mildly concerning at all. Thanks, I... think. For what it's worth, I don't plan on looking into them any further than letting them pass along.”

“Now it's your turn. Who exactly are you? For someone so hung up on probability and chance, I'm sure you guessed exactly what I /wouldn't/ be taking when a stranger comes to me about my possible death.”

“O'do. Got it. The name's Fox. Before you ask, I'm not from Earth.” He holds out his hand cordially. “Good to know, although I don't have any plans of potentially dying anytime soon. Still got plenty of fight left in me to even be thinking that far ahead.”

“That's not to say I don't appreciate the warnings. I'll take that over you trying to make them happen. Though, I can only imagine that's not a great way to be... I've had visions before, it's exhausting huh?”

“I can only imagine. Knowing too much ahead of time would definitely have me a lot more paranoid. Or anyone, really.”
