I had a great pitching lesson last night with Jen Ostapowich. I had my speed average assessment, that we do every 3-4 months. My average increased 2mph! Really focusing on staying locked in and trusting my training as I go into The Alliance Fastpitch nationals with my Indiana Magic Gold 2011_CHI team
