I’ve made a terrible mistake. Up early for a train, Mr T still in bed so to try and keep quiet my usual getting up order was all mixed up. As a result I’ve taken the wrong inhaler at my strong nighttime dose and will spend the day shaking as if I have a terrible hangover… 🤦🏻‍♀️
