This is not a difference of opinion. It is a matter of procedural fact, and Ron DeSantis is wrong. He demonstrates that he is unclear as to what the law is and how his office functions.

Last week, DeSantis signed a school chaplain bill into law, then he announced that Satanists are unqualified to participate.
I replied that the bill does, in fact, allow Satanic chaplains & he can not declare otherwise by fiat.
