After hving my suitcases arriving late (2 days for a business travel of 5 & more than a week in an island where I couldn’t buy any cloth) Iberia simply told me that I will not receive any compensation. All that being a faithful gold/platinum card f/years. AVOID IBERIA! I WILL!

Very disappointed Iberia . My baggage arrived two days later on my way to Spain, and also disappear on my way back to Ecuador (still no sign of it!). A disaster for a short business travel. The worst part is that Iberia don’t care abt their faithful Iberia Plus members at all.
