Anyone who answers the call to serve our nation deserves the utmost respect. By attacking our troops, Trump is making our country less safe.

Today we’re celebrating Minnesota’s highest high school graduation rate on record. By providing free school meals, supporting teacher training, expanding mental health resources, and promoting technical training opportunities, we’ve set up our kids up for success.

Members of the Minnesota State Patrol work tirelessly to keep our roads and our communities safe. It was an honor to visit them for State Patrol Day at the Capitol!

My thoughts are with our neighbors up north as wilfdfires continue to spread. I’m grateful to our emergency responders, state agencies, and guardsmen who are working tirelessly to contain these fires and keep communities safe.

Habitat for Humanity is a leader in ensuring Minnesotans have a safe, stable, and affordable place to call home. During Affordable Housing Week, I was honored to join them at the Capitol as we continue the fight for affordable housing for all.

My family and I are praying for President Biden. May God be with him as he begins his cancer treatment.
