Engineers working at the scene of the Godstone sink-hole are waiting for a machine which will investigate whether there are more tunnels or voids that they are not yet aware of. Authorities declared a major incident after the ground opened up on on the High Street on 17 February.

I wonder if @Metrobus would consider synchronising bus routes 409 and 410 at Godstone? The 409 to Caterham and 410 to Redhill get to Godstone a few minues apart, but the 410 leaves just before the 409 arrives, so people changing routes there have a long wait for the next one. 🤔
