Delighted that Martin McNamara Cllr. Martin Mc Namara S.f. has been selected by local Sinn Féin members to take my seat on Galway County Council. Martin is a hard worker, very capable and rooted in his community and will be a fantastic representative for the people of the Athenry-Oranmore LEA.

Govt policy caused this 1️⃣ Lack of social homes puts pressure on rental market 2️⃣ Lack of affordable homes puts pressure on purchase market 3️⃣ Inflationary demand side subsidies 4️⃣ No support for SME sector FF/FG push up house prices That’s what they do irishexaminer.com/news/arid-4154…

FF-FG stroke politics alive + kicking supported by 'Independents'. It seems, half the Regional Independents will be brought into govt as Ministers while the other half want resources as an Opposition group while supporting the govt. What a farce! We'll challenge it all the way.

FF/FG have backed down in the face of huge public anger. Sinn Féin will never allow the government to silence us or to silence you. I will be speaking in the Dáil this morning. Your voice will be heard. The first thing I will do is challenge their attempt to take another two

I have written to An Taoiseach urging that he immediately reconvene the Dáil to address the crisis facing the country in the aftermath of Storm Éowyn. So many people are going through a very tough time with serious disruption to their lives. Hundreds of thousands are without

Really enjoyable visit with Principal Mongey in Colaiste Bhaile Chlair, discussing a wide range of topics, including the recent chemical fire in a nearby facility. The community needs reassurance that this issue is being dealt with appropriately from the designated authority

If the Government don’t intend to bring in water charges, they should support Sinn Féin’s Bill to permanently ban them 👇🏽 Louis O'Hara
