Wish I'd known these stats when I spoke to Saudi Ministry of Health in March about #genderequalitypaygap NHS England! António Guterres there's a dangerous assumption that internet access solves everything. In deprived areas, most women esp #IEN ’s still face these barriers.

Our doctors are there for our patients who need their expert, specialist care everyday — so we must do everything we can to ensure we are there for our doctors too.

We continue to listen to staff and are taking practical actions to help — find out more. ⬇️
