Slavery reinstituted by the abuse of the 13th amendment. Billions are invested in the continuation of crime, not the prevention of it. People's livelihood rely on crime & mass incarceration.

Wonder why correcting wrongs committed by the CJS is more complicated than it should? People are invested in keeping prison beds full regardless of innocence, guilt, or severity of the crime. Each prison bed has a price attached to it.

When we say 'system' as in criminal justice system it sounds like a machine when in fact the system is a group of people who can correct their mistakes at will, but more often than not choose to protect the reputations of their colleagues & friends than pursue justice.

Anybody ever notice there's an entire Book in the Bible titled Judges? Can't say we weren't notified...

Update: My resentencing hearing under Miller for being sentenced to LWOP, the other death penalty, as a juvenile was in 2018. Judge Walker never ruled on it, still pending, almost 5 yrs. Starting to believe they're waiting on me to die. Equal Justice Initiative Kim Kardashian O I love life...

I'm not giving up on myself, never will, but I don't expect anyone to come & help me. Racism is powerful. I'm not guilty of Capital Murder nor did I rob anyone, Judge Walker himself admitted this fact. I was convicted by a deceived jury. I won't be surprised if I die in prison.
