Filipino artist Ruben Yandoc was born OTD in 1926. He contributed story after story to DC's horror magazines, as well as a few pieces for Warren and Marvel. Unfortunately much of his art was said to be lost in the 1991 Mt. Pinatubo eruption, and Yandoc died the very next year.
