Supporting ICE and being in the FGC is so fundamentally conflicting I just can't fathom how many mental gymnastics you have to go through to reconcile that.

The evo aura loss needs to be studied

Multiple things can be true. I want FGC events around the world. I think calling them all “EVO” dilutes the specialness for everyone. I also don’t want any events used for government sportswashing. I will also go scorched earth if the US gov ever tries to sponsor a FG event.

"Letting go of Evo" I wrote about why I'm breaking my Evo attendance streak (every year since 2011; first Evo was 2003). It's sad, but I think this a good opportunity to celebrate the Evo moments that got me here before moving on.
