Are #NHS patients allowed to see their results?

My son (9) recently had blood tests - I suspect low ferritin. I’ve asked his paediatrician for >6 weeks to see the results, but she just says they’re normal so I don’t need to see them. 😳

Where do I stand here?

BBC Question Time I think the purpose of a govt saying 'sick note culture' is to get people to turn against each other. It's not just the govt blaming victims. They want people to come here (for example) and dish out blame to people who are not responsible for what's going wrong.

On the day the ONS told us that the number of long Covid sufferers has increased in England & Scotland to 2M, the UK Health Security Agency tell us we have “low levels” of COVID19, despite their figures showing an increase in infections & hospitalisations.

Surely that warrants an ‘INCREASED’?

So, today's the day when the ONS release the long awaited data that shows that Long Covid numbers in England and Wales have INCREASED since the last data a year ago.
Covid hasn't gone away.
And the situation has worsened.

72. Very active in local community groups. Strong, healthy. Had first couple of Covid vaccine doses.
Had Covid mildly twice.
Had Covid again a month ago.
And it floored him.

Why is the number of people with Long Covid going up.

I think long covid is starting to affect athletes. I think next season will be really bad. These guys are peak physical health and it will take more infections to hit them long term but unless the NHL does something to protect athletes, a lot of careers will be ruined. The leafs…

Whenever you see stories about stomach bugs going round, remember:
COVID is the most common infectious cause of diarrhoea and vomiting at the moment.

So, if I buy a meerkat as a class pet, can my kids have air filters in their classrooms then? 🤔

Told a doctor yesterday we are entering another wave. They said ‘yes I know, our care homes are full of it’. I asked if their practice would reintroduce masking. Met with a very aggressive ‘No!’. This behaviour is not normal folks. Do HCWs genuinely believe covid is like flu??
