My New year’s resolution was to make more Resolution IPA, so here goes. Nice big fat juicy, bitter IPA. 80ibu 6.8%abv. Hopped every 5 minutes in the boil. Cascade, southern Hospitality, citra, Idaho7, lupomax mosaic and Galena.

New Beer alert! Cremora Hazy DIPA. 93IBU 7.8% It's not inside, it's on...tap and very nice. Hop heads will really like this one.

**New beer alert** It's the time of year in the deep south of Cape Town when days get warm and the sea is cold and the Noordhoek fog rolls in. A Hazy Ipa with a lot of tropical notes, 50Ibus at 6.4%.

We are brewing the first beer in our 12 beers of Christmas today. Our Hoppy Christmas ale today. Spicy, hoppy, strong. This reminds me of a Christmas cake you can drink. 😉

It's #SANBeerDay! As Cape Town was the port of call to add hops to the beers bound for India from London, I have decided to load up the taps with IPAs. You will be able to taste: 1. Comet, Bread, African Sunset,Green Room, Zombie Dust, Focus, Lady Marmalade, Dunes and more

The Rye Ipa is called Dusk but it can be enjoyed in the afternoon as well.

This fine Ipa is in the Mash Tun today. 6string harp, made famous by Tommy who used to work on the docks. 1 hop for each string. Southern Star, Amarillo, El Dorado, Mosaic, Sabro and Southern Sublime.

Some interesting stuff going into the fridge. Tripel Trubel, Purple Haze, Dark Vader and 6string harp. Get it while it lasts.

This cold weather calls for some Marmalade. Today we are making one of our favourite Ipa’s. Lady Marmalade. A citrusy 6.5% 46ibu malty Ipa with my daughter’s bitter Kumquat marmalade.
