Breaking News, LFD has just arrived at 3 Symmes Drive and has a column of smoke coming from the center of the building. July 11 2022 time now 7:05pm This is the location of Herc Rentals at the corner of Symmes and Route 28.

LFD has requested a second Engine to 3 Symmes Drive for additional support. They have not gone to a second alarm at this time 7:27pm Engine from Manchester on scene, other units providing station coverage in Ltown. K1 (fire investigation) on scene 7:29pm

Command at 3 Symmes Drive, calling for Fire Rescue 1 to the scene Aid to the 2 alarm scene. 8:01pm ... Auburn Rescue headed to the scene with cascade. Two ladders are working the fire.

Command at 9 Symmes Drive has requested another Truck to the scene. Bringing the total to three ladders for this Second Alarm Fire. (Note "cascade" are airpacks for search and rescue.) Nashua Truck Enroute for overhead support. 8:11pm

Breaking | Command at the Two Alarm Fire does not have enough water pressure. Asking Manchester Water to Increase pressure in area. 8:15pm Derry Rescue 1 responding to scene 8:17pm... "Manchester waterworks is going to try and add a pump to supply water.

Chief O'brien Calls in to fire alarm, "Make sure we have station coverage to protect the rest of Londonderry." Informed we have mutual aid at our three stations and call firefighters at the stations. One word response from the Chief, "Outstanding."

Editor's Note, It may be a good time to be sure you are not watering your lawn in North Londonderry or areas served by Manchester Water Works. That and the next time a water tower is requested, (these are for pressure not storage) it should not be dismissed.
