Since CBS never had replay of Kincaid 3rd down catch, made my own. Appears left elbow hits ground before Kincaid gets ball to 40. Can see shoulder move ahead of elbow after it touches. Using All-22 as extra, slightly better angle. Still would not call this conclusive.
