We’re proud to be architect of record for a new 130,000 sf high school for Prospect Schools in Downtown Brooklyn! In collaboration with Tishman Speyer and Perkins Eastman, Loci is helping bring this bold “Building Within A Building” to life.

Loci Architecture is leading infrastructure upgrades at Brooklyn Prospect Downtown, including renovated bathrooms, new ventilation & water systems, refreshed flooring, a reimagined lobby, and science lab improvements—designed with students in mind. Pictured: early color studies.

Construction is well underway at Merrick Academy Charter School! This new 60,000 sf K–8 STEAM-focused school in Queens is taking shape to serve nearly 1,000 students. With a full gym, cafeteria, and rooftop playgrounds, the campus is on track for completion this year.

Excited to share an early look at AECI Charter School’s new 60,000 sf Bronx campus! The middle/high school will feature a cafeteria with commercial kitchen, two full basketball courts in a 3rd-floor gym, rooftop play area, and a vibrant shared lobby with feature stair.
