FlaggedOff J.P. Morgan SEEN in the City We see it often in big organisations. One part may understand the issue, but there’s a fear of sending out cautionary staff-wide comms. So an individual or small group will set something up, and there’s no company-wide policy to call on, to say ‘this is a safeguarding issue’.
FlaggedOff J.P. Morgan SEEN in the City This isn’t just in the City, it happens everywhere. It’s largely because broadcast media insists on elevating ‘the debate’ above ‘the evidence’. It means organisations see it through the lens of ‘two sides’ rather than facts first.
