Another horse has been tragically killed at The Grand National Meeting today. This brings the number of horses killed at this 3 day ‘sporting event’ to 65 since 2000. R.I.P Pikar (FR), aged 7 💔

It isn’t just those killed on the track. TBs are sent for slaughter when no longer of use. Brood mares have a foal every year! Visit Middleham and you will see there is no turn out. They are battery hens
