When I was giving up alcohol I spent a good hour a day reading other people's success stories of doing the same, so I can only hope that someone else who would like to give up (or needs a bit of a break) finds this. (It also contains one of the best selfies I've ever taken).

Two years sober today - probably nearly to the minute given how long it took me to sober up from that last dreadful New Year. If you’re thinking of taking the plunge and giving up booze, I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: do it. It’s best decision I’ve ever made.
