BREAKING: 79-18, the Senate gave final and overwhelming passage to $95 billion in foreign aid for Ukraine, Israel, Indopacific, submarines + other national security priorities.

It also will force a ban or sale of Tik Tok, likely sparking a court battle when it is signed.

- This involves the U.S. too much in overseas conflict without addressing needs here
- Israel aid should come with conditions on human rights
- The Tik Tok bill is heavy-handed government
