Saints vastly improved on last year. Adding a set piece to how they played has made them a real force. Sarries got a hell of a rebuild to get through next year 😳

Borthwick asking Cunningham South to be a central piece of the set piece jigsaw may be good long term thinking. But not sure he’s a natural at the set piece like Lawes was. Big brain fart there 🤯

IFW defending the seam so solidly off the lineout there let’s England really target the ground to take away NZ driving platform 👏🏻

Very understated response to that decision from Borthwick in the booth. Not sure I’d of managed to stay that restrained 🤣

Great test match. Smith’s woes off the tee left the door open for NZ to creep back into it. Not sure about that last penalty, but ultimately England played well enough that it shouldn’t have even come down to that.

Still think England get the W tomorrow. If they play anywhere near as well as they did last week they’ll have too much for the ABs. Never thought I’d write that! 🤯

England back row having an uncharacteristically poor first half across the board. Not seen Earl and C-S be so ineffective in the carry before. Fair play to NZ

England playing brilliantly away from home again. A deserved half time lead. They’re a few 50/50 calls from a commanding lead. Let’s hope Berry referees both sides on the ground after the break.

On another note, I’ve been a member of the ‘Marcus Smith is not it’ club for quite some time. But for me that was close to being his best half for England 👏🏻 Nearly every involvement was positive

Inconsistency at its finest. Half break in ABs 22. Ref just allows free reign to slow the ball down. Itoje been pinged for far less, and outside the red zone

Lots of positives. Lack of lineout accuracy is not one of them. Jamie George has been delivering prescription pill for years. Can’t be throwing that to a semi contested front hall though 🤯

So so so poor from Fin Baxter in defence. Accept your done by a quicker bloke, but absolutely no need to leave the cheap shot and take yourself out of the line.

Pedantic free kick given on NZ 5m by Berry was the turning point. Since then a barrage of penalties in one direction has killed England off. Loads of positives. And with a more balanced ref England probably win here. All bodes well for a young squad 👏🏻

Another 22m attack from England scuppered because the ref cannot recognise the impact NZ players on the wrong side have on the clear out.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Show me an Aussie who has no clue about the set piece. Couldn’t even convince the other officials. Shocking
