This makes no sense Vitality UK once was an insurance that rewarded you for being active. It’s now an insurance that rewards you (probably less) for finding dogs in bushes on an app.

Vitality UK this new ‘rewards’ scheme is absolute garbage. Ever decreasing benefits and increasing costs and now this dumb game. I haven’t got time for this nonsense. Also why can’t I choose 2 coffees - I can’t even get itsu where I live. And 50% off cinema tickets -come on!😔

Vitality UK just so I understand it correctly, 3 out of these 6 rewards were previously obtained through being active. Now I have to try and win them through a game, based on pure luck. I’m feeling very disincentivised. I don’t see this as an improvement

Chris Osborn Vitality UK Completely agree. I don’t know whose idea the doggy game was, but it’s completely turned me off Vitality. I phoned to complain but didn’t get any useful response. In fact, the person I spoke to sounded embarrassed about the whole thing.

Great to be out in a very sunny Hillside speaking to residents and delivering Cllr Daniel Holden’s spring survey!

Vitality UK everyone is saying the same thing about this terrible downgrade! Please consider your customers! The plan keeps going up but less rewards now given! #badcustomerservice

Cost of living hitting customers, rising food and energy and Reeves' NI jobs tax hurts our independent hospitality sector disproportionately. Ellie Cox: A Greasy Spoon’s tale – the struggles of London’s family-run cafes Cllr Ellie Cox conservativehome.com/2025/06/06/ell… via @conhome

We are delighted to see that a feasibility study to provide step free access to all of #RaynesPark station is being undertaken following years of hard work from #Conservative cllrs and Stephen Hammond
