17:41 - Saxilby Fire, Lincoln North Fire Station & Metheringham Fire attended Sykes Lane, Saxilby. Severe damage by fire to 7 acres of grassland & hedgerow. Extinguished using 4 hose reels, beaters & farmer`s water bowser. Cause is unknown.

14:18 - Lincoln North Fire Station and @LincolnSFire attended an RTC on the A46 Welton Hill. Crews used specialist cutting gear and hand tools to remove the driver from the vehicle.

08:34 - Market Rasen Fire Station, Caistor fire station, Gainsborough Fire Station, Lincoln North Fire Station (2 crews) are in attendance off the A631, Caenby dealing with a fire involving a building containing plastic waste, being extinguished using 1 x 45mm hose and 1 hose reel jet

15:26 - Lincoln North Fire Station attended Roman Pavement, Lincoln to a child stuck up a tree. Crew used one short extension ladder and rope rescue equipment to assist child down from tree (no injuries)

16:26 Lincoln North Fire Station attended A46 Carholme roundabout to a vehicle fire. This was Light damage by heat to engine of vehicle. Crews used 1 Hose Reel to cool down engine compartment.

12:32 - Lincoln North Fire Station attended a fire on Orchard Close, Dunston. Fire damage to trees, fence panels and a sunlounger. Crews extinguished using 1 hose reel.

13:10hrs crews from Louth Fire Station & Lincoln North Fire Station attended a RTC on A157 at East Barkwith. Crews assisted East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust to extricate 1 casualty from vehicle and assisting with casualty care.

Our Large Animal Rescue Teams from Spalding FireStation & Lincoln North Fire Station have been training alongside #USAR today giving an awareness of capabilities!
