It's called Lil-Lets SA Talk. And let me tell you, it's amazing. An online platform where you can ask ANYTHING about menstrual health, pregnancy, your mental health, menstrual cycles, first periods + even menopause. Basically, anything that has to do with having a uterus.

Lil-Lets SA Volunteer Peer and Expert Responders are standing by to offer you free advice, guidance, support and if necessary, medical advice. It's an inclusive space for EVERYONE who has a uterus, not just those who are femme-presenting, and it's doing the most for menstruators across ZA.
