Is it that Seafarers are underpaid or we don't just know how to manage funds?it bothers me to see colleagues who are onboard seeking loan just after wages are paid, Makes you wonder how those seeking placement are coping๐Ÿฅบ

Many don't learn to cut their coat to their sizes,Nigeria seafarers r under paid no doubt but no amount of money one can b paid that would be satisfactory. Many r just lost to the sailor hailing type of settings, instead of improving they want to impress.

Lifeatsea well for me, i tell my colleagues, you can't eat your cake and have it. you can't be spending lavishly when onboard at every port and expect to do the same when you sign off. it's either you save when onboard and spend "lavishly" when u sign off.

Lifeatsea Despite mobile phones being prohibited in these areas for safety reasons, it appears that some deck crew have ample free time, leading them to engage in such activities instead of focusing on their duties.

Lifeatsea This not only raises concerns about adherence to safety protocols but also suggests a lack of productive work assignments for them. Addressing these issues is crucial to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment onboard.
