Such an amazingly preserved ichthyosaur jaw. Those teeth are really crammed in close together. Collected in the 1950’s at Charmouth by JF Jackson, and donated to the National Museum of Wales. More recently cleaned up by Christian Baars Just back from a loan to Lyme Regis Museum

Our work is underpinned by a call for a shift of focus to the wellbeing of people, place and planet.
Museum folk aren't usually known to get irritated unless an object is on the wrong shelf.
A room full of several hundred of them (incl directors of major museums) calling for radical system change is a clear sign of how desperate things are getting.
