Held a productive talk with Minister of Justice Koeut Rith & U.S. candidate Professor Sarah H. Cleveland - ICJ Candidate for the CIJ_ICJ election. Professor Cleveland has a distinguished int’l law career & is eminently qualified. The U.S. strongly supports her candidacy for the International Court of Justice.
