Midday on October 8, our TESLA solar system is making 9600 W and that is equivalent to about 13 hp. Our batteries are all charged up and we’re pushing power to the grid which we will get back later at no charge. Energy security is a wonderful thing. #solar

Powerwalls take care of us. I got a notification on my phone from the Tesla app that Powerwalls are topping themselves up from the grid because a storm is on the way. It is too early for the sun to have done the job yet. This is all automatic. Energy security is a wonderful

~40,000 people are killed every year in US traffic accidents. That equals 222 fully loaded Airbus 320s crashing each year with all souls lost. Imagine the furor if that were happening. Contrast that with the silence. There now exists technology to stop the carnage. Do you know?
