Today marks my 7 year anniversary of working for MDA Consulting and what a brilliant career I've had right from the offset. There are far too many highlights to mention but hopefully this gives a snapshot of some of my most memorable moments... Here's to many more!

Positivity from both #commercial & #residential developers at the #developcroydonconference. Schroders fully pre-let Ruskin Sq to the govt & see huge demand for office space in #Croydon while London Square have been involved in housing here for 20 years & demand keeps increasing

“Constructing A Greener Croydon” - future proofing resi developments seems to be key to #sustainability in the area. Plus good to hear how the world’s tallest modular tower #TenDegreea is putting #Croydon on the map #developcroydonconference

Always good to hear Joe Garner from NewPlace speak about #development & #Coulsden. Sounds like Thameslink resulted in big improvements to the area but developers also need to focus on, mixed tenures as well as lifestyle & amenity provisions to give people a reason to go & to stay

Thanks to HLM Architects + MDA's guests who joined for what has become our annual #BeaujolaisNouveauDay lunch; great company, great conversation, great food & we all learnt lots about the GREAT wine and the history behind the day. "A wine for the people made by the people"

Such a shame to be missing #MIPIM next year but given I'll have a tiny baby I think it's for the best! As normal we'll be sending a strong team from MDA, it'll be Lexi Bramley's 1st year so invite her to lots of events and keep your eyes peeled for her! #construction #networking

It's just hit me!... I only have 4 weeks of work before leaving for mat leave. I know the xmas run up is busy, but if you do have a spare 1/2 hr and fancy a before I go then let me know. Otherwise I plan to use my KIT days to their fullest next year so won't be gone completely!

Some say it's not Christmas until you've heard #MariahCarey, but I say it's not Christmas until you've been wreath making with tp bennett - always gets me in the festive spirit!
