* roll each change out, one at a time
* change all at once, Big Bang style, migrating one service at a time

New Will Larson book came in. Excited to read. We need more modern technical leadership content out there.

Is there something like a “how Asia works” bit for the more recent internet economies (eg Estonia’s digital push)? Or just anything else like “how Asia works”? Such a fascinating read.
