I’ve been mentoring this kid for the last six months.He lives in the Bronx, so we FaceTime and talk all the time. #ZatimaOnBETPlus He also paints and acts in plays. He’s dyslexic just like me. i’m in New York for a conference so I had to stop and pay him a visit.

The government is well aware of what they’re doing when it comes to not providing the science of reading to all.. our governor here in Louisiana wants to build three more new prisons.. he has denied parole shorter prison sentences, he mentioned nothing about rehabilitation.
