Sad to learn of the death of my dear friend Ken Dryden, legendary Montreal Canadiens goalie, at 78. As a teenager I was thrilled when Ken came out of nowhere to lead the Habs to 6 Stanley Cups, while earning a law degree. Imagine my surprise when decades later he called me to
