The 1st XI boys are through to the quarter-final stage in the HMC T20 following a magnificent 50 run victory over Malvern. Wylie hit 75 and Home 36 in Shrewsbury’s 194-7, before O Parton took 5-23 as Malvern fell 50 short. England took 2-22 in a fine display from the Salopians

Today, both our Boys 1st XI & Girls 1st XI are in the Semi Final of the National Cup, a win for either team sees them through to the National Final @ Lords next Friday! 🏟️ The Boys take on St Peter’s School, York away @ 1:30pm. The Girls take on Ipswich School away @ 11:30am.

Yesterday we said goodbye to our departing U6, who will go down in history as one of our most successful teams of all time. National U15 finalists, HMC T20 semi-finalists, two-time national U17 champions, and the finest young men you could wish to meet.

We are thrilled to see last year’s 1st XI captain Jack Home selected for the England U19 side that will face their Indian counterparts this summer. All at Shrewsbury send their congratulations.
