Thanks for your succinct critique Acte Lumiere. An easy horrible thing is that sexy, utopian/dystopian images and statements become situated in our clients’ minds. You have vocalized responses: keep the poor things alive, infrastructure and basically fake imagery.

Part 1. Oh dear. This is revealing. Revealing of what? The lack of general knowledge of #urbanlighting 🥲. The “orange” light is sodium vapor, once upon a time highly sustainable; low wattage and long lasting. the CRI (color rendering) however, is not desireable.. go to 2

Part 2 (sodium) plants appear brown and people sallow. The next photo could be metal halide - I call it grey light - next generation after sodium, but probably a cool CT LED. Positive: long lasting, low maintainance. But as you can see, not optically preferable because of glare.
