Not disputing any of this but, as criminal barrister turned family barrister, it’s odd isn’t it that judges decide facts in our family cases where you won’t lose your liberty but could lose seeing your kid.

The question is whether they are contracted to produce defendants at 9/930 ready for a 10am start, or simply to produce the defendant, even if that means they arrive at 3pm. Late arrivals and non production is costing the tax payer A LOT of money.
