Remembering Billy Foster today

9/18/1937 - 1/20/1967

Billy Foster won the CAMRA championship in 1963 & moved to Champ cars & USAC stock cars in 1964. In 1966 he finished 7th in his first NASCAR GN race at Riverside. The next year he died in a crash at Riverside at age 29.
