Merinos +8% in twin lamb survival across 3 years between 1100 and 2000 kg/ha at average BWT. Maternals no effect of FOO but limited to one years data and very mild lambing conditions. Evergraze found shelter improved twin survival in Maternals by 18%

Tim Leeming Hi Robin Robin Smith this could be totally unrelated, I think there’s a trend in research datasets for male lambs to have higher mortality at birth than females, check with Andrew Thompson , not sure if your chasing the additive impact of castration, or male/female death rate
Weaning last week. Like Tim Leeming it’s a common practice here. Would not miss it. These lambs off Mum for eight hours. Drench vacc. should of been weighed (scales broke).🐑🌱☘️
