Come and support Notre Dame Sixth Form Picketers tomorrow from 7.30. At 12.00 ND picketers will join their colleagues from Yorkshire & Humber and the NW to rally outside Rachel Reeves constituency office in Bramley, to demand pay justice.

An unfunded pay award will mean 99% of secondary schools will have to make cuts. To be clear, the last labour PM to get schools to make cuts was Callaghan. If we want economic growth we need to invest in "education, education, education".

The WASPI women deserve to be compensated. I'm not down with the "they're boomers so its ok" Aim higher. For the affordable housing, the free education etc. of "their day" We should oppose the rising pension age, with flatlining (declining in places) life expectancy.

We are proud of our Support Staff in Leeds and they deserve to be treated by everyone in a way that shows how valuable they are. Bridget Phillipson our members need politicians who support them and understand their needs. Their needs can begin to be addressed on the SSSNB.
