The power of a bit of sunshine and green shoots to make you feel better! 2nd November sown with #oats. Pleased with this as it was plenty tacky enough while drilling. Long term low tillage field

"My family come from a country where there are lots of farmers, quite hard to find a poor farmer," Labour MP Dame Siobhain McDonagh tells #PoliticsLive as tractors take to the streets of Westminster bbc.in/4iy8GKo

Putting your dodgy stats aside, maybe you should look at UK agriculture as a solution to the health crisis in this country. UK ag could be a huge part of a healthy home-grown food policy to reduce NHS waiting lists, and should be worthy of acknowledgement, not discrimination

Having a look at some of our ground that is going to maize next month. With the extended favourable drilling in autumn '24 a cc of beans and oats was established. This has hopefully helped soil structure and soil fertility for the maize crop. Sheep will graze later this week

Ahhh. The signs of the first day of silaging: Blue skys, warm sunshine, leaves on the trees and Devon hedges. And road rage from a gent who cant reverse. Shock horror that there are tractors in the countryside

Drilled with Polysulphate and DAP. Cover of triticale and beans have done a good job. These were grazed off back in March

We are harvesting winter feed for our beef herd on our family farm. Many other farmers are doing the same in the beautiful Devon countryside, and across the UK. Thankyou for buying British food. #TradeDeal #proudtoproduce #ukbirdsong #foodmiles
