On Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the Tommie Barfield Elementary School's Student Lighthouse attended the City of Marco Island Lunch and Learn to share their presentation on “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” with the Marco Island Police Department and City Hall employees.

The Marco Island Historical Society reenactment of the Boston Tea Party brought history to life on our stage today. These historians were applauded by our 5th graders for their realistic presentation, complete with a tea party. 🫖 #SpillTheTea Mrs. Peña Elizabeth Kerens Mrs. Fisher

Our Tommie Barfield Ss are always #ReadyToLead. When an opportunity was realized today, these leaders pulled their Tommie Eras Tour together to share it with local Marco Island Historical Society Historian Reenactors. A great experience for all. Jory Westberry
