So far so good and impressed with LV= response to my car accident last week. Only spent 11 minutes on the phone sorting my claim and have had informative update calls periodically from the body shop doing the repairs too. Fingers crossed I get my car back soon! 🤞🏻

When your car is still sat at the garage one month after my accident… and the garage can’t make there mind up when I’ll get it back! LV= Customer Care what the hell is going on?
