When you order from Deliveroo GODO and the container is (once again) so tight you can’t physically open it and they say it’s non refundable because it’s been delivered…Oh but once I confirmed my male friends had also tried to open it and failed they offered a refund 😡

Chaos at ODEON… wait for over an hour in IMAX Swiss Cottage with a blank screen, no communication from staff about what’s going and then ask us to stand in huge line to get a refund when eventually admit it’s broken… safe to say this lobby is not full of festive cheer
