Advice needed: a lot of leaders I work with want to move to an observation strategy that is frequent, low stakes, widespread and supportive.

They have been told this is in contradiction to union guidance, which allows a maximum of three observations a year.

LeadershipRelay Not a fan of awards, they are extrinsic rewards that provide at best temporary and shallow motivation, and can often be used to hide a lack of intrinsic motivation around purpose, learning, connection which is what we really want from our jobs. They often are self-serving too...
