Here our new paper with ECOGEN Lab bsppjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/pp… We isolated P. syringae strains from south of France and performed GWA on a A. thaliana from the north. We identified the AT5G18310 encoding ubiquitin hydrolase, a target of the AvrRpt2 P. syringae effector.

Does anyone have axenic #Azolla #Waterfern cultures and would be willing to share? I would love to test if they secret cyanobacteria attracting chemicals ...
