Bulldog Softball with the 3-2 win in game 1 of the DH. Brenna Leraas gave up 4 hits and struck out 9 batters. Bulldogs had 8 hits led by 2 hits each for Leusink and Schmidt

Le Mars takes the second game 8-5. Charli Grosenheider's two-run homer in the sixth gave the Dogs the lead for good. It's the 18th of her career tying Madison Heidebrink's career home run record.

Final: LeMars HS Softball 4 #12 Hinton 1 The Blackhawks break up the shutout in the seventh, but the Bulldogs still hand Hinton their third loss of the season. Four Bulldogs had an RBI while Brenna Leraas struck out nine in getting the win in the circle.

Final: LeMars HS Softball 10 Western Christian 3 The Bulldogs go undefeated on the day to win their home tournament and polish off a strong 6-1 week with four-straight wins heading to next week. They are at Bishop Heelan on Monday.
