This incredible picture of the Moon was taken last night through the Ogden Trust telescope which is currently at LJS. Children, parents and staff were able to view the craters of the Moon, Jupiter with its four largest moons and a mini Saturn with its beautiful rings! #WeAreLJS

We are celebrating Safer Internet Day all week here at LJS. In our assemblies and lessons, we have been learning how to inspire change when online. This has included sessions on influencers, AI and persuasive design. #WeAreLJS #SaferInternetDay2024

So many creative projects at Friday Fun club this evening! We crafted junk models including a ship with a palace on top and a miniature doll's house, built a lego black hole through which a cyclops was travelling and causing chaos, and a beautiful rainbow appeared! #WeAreLJS

#LJSYear3 have begun taking photos in a mini studio setup for our collaborative artwork piece for the Yarrow Gallery Art Exhibition. All the children will be photographing each other and being the subject too. They have achieved some awesome results so far! #WeAreLJS #LJS50
