News Update... LPP are pleased to have recently secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the change of use and alterations to a complex of agricultural outbuildings to indoor sport/fitness and office purposes, within the Metropolitan Green Belt in Upminster.

LPP have secured Planning Permission for an expansion to Abbey Farm Commercial Park, Horsham St. Faith. The scheme includes 7no. new commercial buildings totalling 4,843.6m² floorspace for office, general industrial & storage/distribution use with ancillary infrastructure.
