Paul Lewis I don't understand how this is workable. If my son uses his pip to go swimming with his support worker do we have to ask the govt to ask the leisure centre to issue him a voucher?

Paul Lewis How to make PIP much more expensive?…. Vouchers and receipts will require an army of bureaucrats to administer them instead of trusting disabled people to buy what they need. The bureaucracy and delays around Access to Work increased 50 fold

Paul Lewis Quite apart from the hideousness of this proposal, who is going to accept these vouchers? My PIP mostly goes on bills like Tesco & energy suppliers etc. They're not set up to take vouchers & why would they spend money changing their systems?
